Jasmine Pearls Supreme



The best Jasmine Pearls we offer!  Leaves are picked early in the spring and carefully rolled into balls waiting for the jasmine flowers to bloom.  When the flowers are picked, long rows of green tea pearls are laid next to long rows of jasmine flowers. The tea absorbs the jasmine aroma as each row is churned separately, taking great care not to actually mix the two, but just allowing the green tea balls to absorb the sweet jasmine fragrance. So pleasing, such great jasmine aroma, many infusions, pretty much perfect little pearls.

Ingredients: China green tea and jasmine aroma 

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1/2 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 185° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 3-4 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
