Bai Mu Dan White Tea



Oh, this is GOOD! Staff is loving this tea. Even though we might have made a pot on Monday and someone makes it again on Wednesday, we seem  surprised and comment anew on how much we enjoy it.  

A rare first pluck, Bai Mu Dan, hand-picked in late March 2023.  All the leaves on the twig are included. These big bulky leaves give a mellow, sweet golden brew with a mild astringency with hints of melon and other fruits in the aroma. Just plain fun! 

Ingredients: China white tea

    Brewing Instructions
    1. Use 1 heaping tablespoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
    2. Bring water to 185° F.
    3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
    4. Remove leaves from tea.
    5. Enjoy!
    6. Reinfuse 2-3 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
