White Peony Supreme


Beautiful leaves that look like leaves even before brewing. Because there is no shaping of the leaves after picking, just air-drying, there is very little oxidation. This tea seems so fresh and natural, it is like the tea garden is next door. Brews up very flavorful for a white tea, initially a little woodsy element that continues as it cools.Very enjoyable.

Ingredients: China white tea

    Brewing Instructions
    1. Use 1 rounded tablespoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
    2. Bring water to 175° F.
    3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
    4. Remove leaves from tea.
    5. Enjoy!
    6. Reinfuse 3-4 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
