Yunnan Silver Needles



White teas are so popular now that everyone is trying to make them. Traditional ours have come from Fujian. These large only bud leaves are from Yunnan. Not as subtle as the Fujian with a little smoothness of typical Yunnan.

Ingredients: China white tea

    Brewing Instructions
    1. Use 1 slight tablespoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
    2. Bring water to 175° F.
    3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
    4. Remove leaves from tea.
    5. Enjoy!
    6. Reinfuse 2 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
