Huang Shan Mao Feng



A very famous tea from Yellow Mountain in Anhui that brings great pleasure every time we brew a cup. Picked early in the season and lightly rolled as characteristic of a Mao Feng, you can easily see the bud and one leaf in the dry leaves and even more so as they open up with brewing. The brew is a little sweet and slightly fruity with a notable astringency and lingering very pleasant aftertaste.  

Ingredients: China green tea
Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1 Tablespoon (1.1 g) of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 185° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 1 minute.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 2-3 times.
