High Mountain Green


Tightly rolled, slender young leaves with a great aroma. Tea and the ritual of making tea is supposed to be relaxing and calming. Just a little heads up on this one, get your water at the right temperature before you open the bag.  Once you get a whiff of the dry leaves, you will not want to wait. The brew is mellowly vegetative with a hint of sweetness and light astringency.  Tasty. Tasty.
Ingredients: China green tea
Brewing Instructions
  1. Use one rounded teaspoon (1.1 g) of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 185° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 1 minute.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 2-3 times.
