Wiry taut strips of leaves, like a typical Mao Jian, brews a light green liquor with a very fresh green tea aroma. Seems a little stronger with less astringency than our other Mao Jians. Pleasantly mellow. Mao Jian teas have more pressure applied during rolling and overall are more compact than Mao Feng teas which tend to be looser.
