The gardens where these leaves are picked are located high in the mountains. Fog and mist cover the slopes most of the year. The bushes slowly awaken from their winter dormancy a little later than the bushes in the plains below because of the temperature. The leaves were picked the end of April by the farmers and professional tea masters made it by hand. Beautiful to enjoy in glass. Mellow and sweet.
