1 Flush Dooars

NEW! The Dooars region in India is just east of Darjeeling. This tea was plucked in February 2024.  The leaves were picked when the temperatures were cool, not cold, in the early morning or late in the evening.  With only the budsets, mostly one leaf and a bud, picked the fresh floral aroma and taste are pronounced. There is a pleasant lingering aftertaste, but not as much as teas from the neighboring gardens in Darjeeling, but very reminiscent of Darjeelings.  Very popular with the staff.  Everytime someone makes a pot, it is drained.

Brewing Instructions Estate

1. Use 1 teaspoon teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
2. Bring water to a boil.
3. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
4. Remove leaves from tea.
5. Enjoy!
