A breath of Spring in your cup!  Carefully plucked in late March when the first buds appear, the aroma is sweet and brings to mind early spring flowers. The brew is a light almond color with little astringency and a sweet aroma that fills your entire mouth.  The aftertaste lingers gently . Very very enjoyable.  Limited quantity.

 Brewing Instructions

  1. Use 1 slight tablespoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 185° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 3-4 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
