Silvery hairs cover these plump, fresh, unopened bud leaves. Champagne- colored brew has hint of melon aroma. Delicate and slightly sweet. Multiple infusions.

Ingredients: China white tea

Brewing Instructions

Use 1 slight tablespoon (1.1g) of tea per 6 ounces of water.
Bring water to 175° F.
Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
Remove leaves from tea.
Enjoy!
Reinfuse 2 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
