These beautiful leaves, from this I Flush from Selimbong Estate in Darjeeling, brew a light golden color, lighter than other I flushes we have had.  The brew is delicate also with a light astringency. Notice the color of the leaves and the silver tips in the photo. Enjoy this black Darjeeling tea.

Ingredients: Darjeeling India black tea

Brewing Instructions Estate
  1. Use 3/4 level teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
