Pre-Order Margaret's Hope I Flush

This Darjeeling First Flush is harvested from particularly high-quality Chinese tea bushes in the traditional Margaret's Hope tea garden in the Kurseong district. Grown at an altitude of 950 to 1,830 metres, it is an aromatic, mild tea with delicate floral aromas and a slight effervescence. The leaf is a well structured  greenish leaf, silvery tips The cup is a light golden cup colour, fragrant with a slight floral aroma.

Brewing Instructions

1. Use 3/4 level teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
2. Bring water to a boil.
3. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
4. Remove leaves from tea.
5. Enjoy!
