Jasmine Pearls

As each pearl is immersed in water it slowly reveals itself to you. The leaf uncurls and the aroma fills the room. Our most famous tea: "A tea so delicate and fragrant, it's a pearl", as quoted in the New York Times when they wrote an article about our pearls.

  Brewing Instructions

1. Use 1/2 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
2. Bring water to 185° F.
3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
4. Remove leaves from tea.
5. Enjoy!
6. Reinfuse 2-3 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
