On a rainy cold February afternoon in London, we popped into Penny's favorite Moroccan tea bar. The tables were low, conversations loud, and the steaming cups of mint tea were very warming. Our combination has green tea with mint and bergamot.

Ingredients: Green tea, peppermint leaves, and bergamot flavor

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 3/4 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 185° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 2-3 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
