Ingredients: Hibiscus. Guayusa, lemongrass, stevia leaves and natural flavoring. CONTAINS CAFFEINE

Brewing Instructions:

Hot Brew: Pour 3 cups of hot water over 1 pouch. Steep for 4 minutes. Remove pouch. Add 5 cups of water. Stir and pour over ice.

Cold Brew: Pour 8 cups of water over 1 pouch. Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours. Remove pouch and pour over ice.
