Uji Matcha


Best prepared traditionally. Carefully put tea in large Matcha bowl, whisk briskly in an M shape with a bamboo whisk until top is a jade-green foam. Pour into your favorite cup of the moment and enjoy. Our entry level drinking matcha.
Ingredients: Japanese green tea


Brewing Instructions
  1. Put 1 teaspoon Matcha is a large bowl.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup water at 190° F into bowl.
  3. Stir quickly in an "M" motion with a bamboo whisk until frothy. 
  4. Enjoy!
