Brewing Instructions:
BEST IF MADE IN SMALL BATCHES WITHIN ONE MONTH
- Use 3 grams (1 heaping teaspoon) of tea per 4 ounces of water.
- Bring water to 160° F for first infusion.
- Pour over leaves; steep for 90 seconds.
- Second infusion, Water 180° F for 30 seconds.
Or
Use water at 200°F for 45 seconds.
Both ways can be reinfused at least 3 times
