Ingredients: Taiwan oolong tea
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 heaping tsp. of tea per 6 oz. of water.
Bring water to 205°.
Pour water over leaves; steep for 2-3 minute.
Remove leaves from tea.
Reinfuse 4-5 times, increasing brewing time by 1 minute each time.
