Longevity Mountain Fushoushan Oolong

CO884-28

Size
In central Taiwan on Fu Shou Shan, where this tea is grown at a high elevation, the temperatures are cooler, and the mist and fog linger till afternoon, these leaves grow slowly. Hand-picked tea, lightly oxidized (less than 30%), dried and not roasted helps it retain its floral character. Two small pluckings a year. Try brewing for 30 seconds, then 3 minutes, and then 5 minutes just to experience the opening of these tightly balled leaves. Many many infusions. After 8 plus minutes, the leaves are not fully opened yet. A very unique flavor. One spectacular tea!

Ingredients: Oolong tea from Taichung, Taiwan
