One of our new blends made especially for St. Patrick's Day. Rich Assams and amazing Darjeelings combine to make a complex tea--in honor of the Irish.

Ingredients: Assam and Darjeeling black teas

Brewing Instructions

Use 3/4 level teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
Bring water to a boil.
Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
Remove leaves from tea.
Enjoy!
