NEW! The Dooars region in India is just east of Darjeeling. This tea was plucked in late February 2023. The leaves were picked when the temperatures were cool, not cold, in the early morning or late in the evening. With only the budsets, mostly one leaf and a bud, picked the fresh floral aroma and taste are pronounced. There is a pleasant lingering aftertaste, but not as much as teas from the neighboring gardens in Darjeeling, but very reminiscent of Darjeelings. Very popular with the staff. Everytime someone makes a pot, it is drained.
