Elderflower Sparkling Wine

A delightful mix of sweet elderflower with sparkling wine, the perfect treat for a picnic in a vibrant summer meadow, featuring elderberry umbels and pink peonies. Special aromas of buchu leaves and cooling nuances of eucalyptus make this wine simply unique. Enjoy responsibily! 

Excellent tea for a cold or hot brew.

Ingredients: Apple pieces, eucalyptus leaves, currants, lemongrass, blackberry leaves, melissa leaves, Greek mountain tea, natural flavoring, Buchu leaves, sweet blackberry leaves, elderberry blossoms, peony petals. 

Hot Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 212° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 12-14 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea and enjoy hot or cool and then refrigerate until cold
  5. Enjoy!
Cold Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Place in refrigerator for 14 to 16 hours. Flavor intensifies with time. Remove infuser after brewing to keep in refridgerator for up to 48 hours
  3. Enjoy!
