Ingredients: Rose hips, hibiscus, cranberries, natural forest berry flavor, blueberries

Hot Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 212° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 8-12 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea and enjoy hot or cool and then refrigerate until cold
  5. Enjoy!
Cold Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Place in refrigerator for 14 to 16 hours 
  3. Enjoy!
