The first of the first Flush Sencha. Made from the very young buds and leaves. Roasted as little as possible to leave the natural grassy flavor. Air shipped in because the sooner you drink it, the better it is. Recommend making small quantities and multiple infusions.1oz (28g)

Brewing Instructions:

BEST IF MADE IN SMALL BATCHES WITHIN ONE MONTH

1. Use 3 grams (1 heaping teaspoon) of tea per 4 ounces of water.
2. Bring water to 160° F for first infusion. 
3. Pour over leaves; steep for 90 seconds.
4. Second infusion, Water 180° F for 30 seconds.
