Steinthal Estate was founded in 1852 by a German missionary as the first tea garden in Darjeeling.  Teas from this estate are popular in Europe.  The brew is full-bodied with a muscatel flavor and finishes with a delicate flowery scent.  Very very enjoyable!

Ingredients: Darjeeling India black tea

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 3/4 level teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
