Super Grade Bai Mu Dan Early Spring 2022

A rare first pluck, Bai Mu Dan, hand-picked in late March.  All the leaves on the twig are included. These big bulky leaves give a mellow, sweet golden brew with a mild astringency with hints of melon and other fruits in the aroma. Just plain fun! Limited quantity.

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1 slightly rounded tablespoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 185° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 3-4 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
