Hailing from the esteemed Fujian province, this beloved tea is made from two hand-picked leaves that undergo a full oxidation process, resulting in a deep, malty aroma. With its slim, velvety black and gold tips covered in a delicate golden fuzz, Jin Jun Mei offers a smooth, well-rounded mouthfeel and a sweet, honey-like taste with subtle hints of vanilla.
Jin Jun Mei is best enjoyed straight, and can be steeped multiple times.

Brewing Instructions
- Use 3/4 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
- Bring water to 212° F.
- Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove leaves from tea.
- Enjoy!
