From northwest Hunan, this tea is often gifted.  This tea starts with longish rolled very green leaves with a sweet, intriguing aroma. The brew is delightful, very light in color and taste with an underlying complexity. The leaf aroma carries through a little stronger in the brew and it changes a little as you are sipping.  It is a uniquely fragrant and creamy tea.  Understandable that it is deemed worthy to gift. 
Ingredients: China green tea
Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1 Tablespoon (1.3g) of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 185° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 2-3 times.
