Exquisite tea.  One of the best known teas from Emei Mountain in Sichuan. Slightly unusual, as more expensive green teas often get more delicate as the price goes up, but not so with this one.  The flavor is robust.  Beautiful leaves to look at-single bud or a bud and one leaf.  Serve in glass to fully appreciate its character.  Pre Qing Ming 


Ingredients: China green tea
Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 2 slight teaspoons (1.3g) of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 185° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 2-3 times.
