Size
A hint of jasmine and mango and strawberry in this delicate brew. Very, very enjoyable! Phoenix Mountain Dan Cong oolong from old tea trees. Reinfuse 4 to 5 times.
Ingredient: Dan Cong Oolong tea from Phoenix Mountain
Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1 Tablespoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 205° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 1 minute.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 3-4 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
