Ingredients: Dan Cong Oolong tea from Phoenix Mountain

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1 tablespoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to a 205° F.
  3. Pour water over leaves; steep for 1 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 4-5 times, increasing by 1 minute each time.
