Glenburn Estate I Flush SFTGFOP-1

The manager of the estate called and offered Todd & Holland first crack at this exquisite I Flush. Only 40 pounds of this lot was produced. Wonderful floral aroma, less astringency than some years, and very pleasing to the last drop.

Brewin/g Instructions

1. Use 3/4 level teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
2. Bring water to a boil.
3. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
4. Remove leaves from tea.
5. Enjoy!
