Abbot's Blend



Some teas you drink over and over until they are a part of your very being. This Darjeeling and Keemun blend sneaks up on you. Maybe a few times a month, then a few times a week, and then everyday.

Ingredients: Assam, Darjeeling, Keemun, and Nilgiri teas

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 3/4 level teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
