Castleton Estate is one of our favorites. Autumnal teas, picked late in the season show the strength of the tea bushes to still produce leaves of great quality even when the days are getting chilly. They tend to have a fuller flavor, with almost a woodsy element, not as much muscat aroma as earlier picks. The astringency of this autumnal is very pleasing and lingers with the aftertaste.
