Creamy Moo-long



Inspired by the flavor of Jin Xuan tea, rich and creamy this lightly oxidized Oolong boasts a delightful milky character, offering a complex but balanced profile of flavors.

 Ingredients: Taiwan oolong tea

Brewing Instructions:

  1. Use 1 heaping tsp. of tea per 6 oz. of water.
  2. Bring water to 205°.
  3. Pour water over leaves; steep for 2-3 minute.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Reinfuse 4-5 times, increasing brewing time by 1 minute each time.
