Cui Ming


JUST ARRIVED! Cui Ming means "Bright Emerald". The dry leaves are greenish and whitish making them seem less oxidized than many Chinese greens in appearance. For as light as the leaves are, the brewed tea has intensity, a full-mouth feel, and a very pleasant long lasting aftertaste. The aroma just lingers.

Ingredients: China green tea from Yunnan

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 185° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 3-4 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
