Ingredients: Apple pieces, eucalyptus leaves, currants, lemongrass, blackberry leaves, melissa leaves, Greek mountain tea, natural flavoring, Buchu leaves, sweet blackberry leaves, elderberry blossoms, peony petals. 
Hot Brewing Instructions
- Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
 
- Bring water to 212° F.
 
- Pour over leaves; steep for 12-14 minutes.
 
- Remove leaves from tea and enjoy hot or cool and then refrigerate until cold
 
- Enjoy!
 
Cold Brewing Instructions
- Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
 
- Place in refrigerator for 14 to 16 hours. Flavor intensifies with time. Remove infuser after brewing to keep in refridgerator for up to 48 hours
