This brews a Yunnan-like smoothness with a light creamy vanilla touch.  Not only does this Black tea have a complex flavor profile, but traveled in its history.  The tea bushes were brought from China when people fled to Taiwan.  To say this tea is special is a vast understatement.

Ingredients: Black tea

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 3/4 level teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
