These Sun Dried Lemon Slice is harvested in Yunnan at the back forest of our tea farm. It is sliced into pieces and sun dried.
It is very handy when it comes to a moment you need a lemon water to give you a boost of energy. You just need to put 1 or 2 pieces of dried lemon slice into warm water/bottle and wait for 2 - 5 mins. A fresh lemon water is ready to serve.
It is particular useful in easing the discomfort after having oily food and it is very useful in lowering blood glucose level. Having this tea with some food along would be recommended.
It can be serves alone as tea or you can simply include it into recipe of many kinds of dessert ! It goes very well with different kinds of teas !

Hot Brewing Instructions
- Use 1 lemon slice per 6-8 ounces of water.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Pour over lemon slices; steep for 3-5 minutes.
- To avoid bitterness, remove slices from tea after desired steeping time and enjoy hot or refrigerate until cold.
- Leave slices in tea for increased flavor & bitterness.
- Enjoy!
