Green rooibos is steamed and has a milder flavor than red rooibos, with the same antioxidants. We added ginger, lemongrass and licorice root creating a tart, tasty, healthy tisane.
Brewing Instructions Use 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water. Bring water to boil. Pour over leaves; steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove leaves from tea. Enjoy!
