With a flavor that's comparable to black tea and a tannic dryness, raspberry leaves make for a great herbal tea option without caffeine. Some find it has a natural sweetness to it without being sweet.  High in magnesium, potassium, iron, and b-vitamins, raspberry leaves have been demonstrated to help soothe the female reproductive system. Also, makes for a nice evening tea,

Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon per 6 ounces of water. Bring water to a boil, then cool to 185°or use variable temperature kettle or kettle to get to temp.  Pour water over tea and steep for 4 minutes or to taste.  Remove leaves and Enjoy!
