South African Rooibos (pronounced roy-bus),leaves of the Aspalathus Linearis, brew a red tea free of caffeine and provide vitamin C and essential minerals.
Ingredients: Rooibos
Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
