Smoked Black Tea Whiskey


Japanese black tea smoked over whiskey barrel chips.  Smoked flavor is clear and strong. Appealing to some of our staff members that are not Lapsang drinkers.  Very intriguing and pleasant.  We have brewed at 205° and gotten a second infusion. An experience even if you are not a smoked tea fan.

Ingredients: Black tea from Japan

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use level 3/4 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to boil.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
