Nilgiri Frost teas are so enjoyable. This one just arrived. It is a little different than last year's so we gave it a new code. The tea bushes are pruned in November so the new shoots that appear can be processed in January. Picked and processed that evening. The leaves are a little greener and the brew is a little lighter in color, It has a very pleasing fragrance and is full-bodied! Good for breakfast, lunch, tea-time or after-dinner.
