Yuzu Kukicha with Matcha



 NEW  Delightful Japanese combo.  Yuzu adds a citrus note to this lovely tea and the matcha dusting adds another whole element. Actually subtle in the overall flavor.  Matcha hits first and then the slightly tart but aromatic of the yuzu  (think of something between a grapefruit and a mandarin orange) comes thru.  GREAT AS AN  ICED TEA.  Brew double strength and pour over glass of ice.  

Ingredients: Green tea, Yuzu Chip, and Matcha

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 3/4 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to 185° F.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Reinfuse 2-3 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
