Steinthal Estate was founded over 170 years ago by a German missionary.  It is at the foot of the Himalayan Mountains. Liquor is a light golden color that gives a full mouth feel and comes across a little greenish and flowery in aroma.  Medium astringency and a little more complex than most first flushes.

Ingredients: Darjeeling India black tea

Brewing Instructions
  1. Use 1.1 g (3/4 level teaspoon) of tea per 6 ounces of water.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove leaves from tea.
  5. Enjoy!
