White Whisper (Bai Mu Dan)

Ingredients: China white tea, cinnamon and orange

Brewing Instructions

1. Use 1 tablespoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
2. Bring water to 185° F.
3. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes.
4. Remove leaves from tea.
5. Enjoy!
6. Reinfuse 2-3 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion.
